What currency are the prices listed in? All prices on our website are listed in USD.
I just placed an order — when will it ship? We do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Tracking information will be updated within 2–4 business days after your order has shipped. If you have not received tracking information after 7 business days, please email us at hello@lush-lips.com.
I’m not in love with my order — can I return it? Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us and we’ll gladly send a replacement.
Can I cancel my order? Yes! Orders may be canceled with no penalty as long as they have not yet shipped.
I entered the wrong shipping address — what should I do? If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please email hello@lush-lips.com or reply directly to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. We can update the address within 24 hours of your order being placed.
How long does shipping take? Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Most orders arrive within 4–10 business days.
